 What is included in a window cleaning service of my home?

 Our typical window cleaning service includes cleaning the windows on the inside and outside, cleaning of the screens, tracks, and window sills.

Are you insured?

Yes, Marcus’ Cleaning Service is insured. We carry workman’s comp and General Liability for your peace of mind.

What about my carpets, will they get dirty?

We do our utmost to care for your home.
We always wear booties (shoe covers) when we are in your home and we also use drop cloths under every window we clean.

Do I need to be home to have my windows cleaned?

It is recommended for first time customers to be home the first time that you use our services.  We would like for you to be home to answer any possible questions that may arise. If it is not possible for you to be home, we can often arrange to clean your windows while you are not present.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Your windows should be cleaned in and out at least once a year. Many homeowners choose to have the outsides done again to maintain the beauty of their home. Some circumstances may require the windows to be cleaned on a more frequent basis.
